People blocking the road in an organized non-chaotic fasion is a form of physical detainment which also threatens attack, and can be defended against by those using the road. There is no religious exception to this, so those using a warrior political category of Islamist who choose to take attacking stances on our roads do not get any type of religious exemption in USA. (USA is not Canada, Australia, or United Kingdom.) This has nothing to do with Muslims, just Islamists. But either way, they get no "religious" (fake or otherwise) exemption for attacking or detaining us on our public roads, or any private property where we have any title to go unhindered.
