The tiktok issue is simple:
We can't allow foreign automated lying manipulators to enslave our children. Which part of that is dangerous or immoral? Nearly all of it. Which part is illegal, and which part can be specifically described as illegal?
Our Bill of Rights protects our citizens from government overreach. TikTok is government overreach, but it is China government overreach, influencing our children how to think, under the guise of "freedom of speech".
China is a foreign enemy; we have no duty to them. We can't be made to commit suicide to our enemy because of some legal theory.
Is the foreignness the only problem? No. It is the biggest problem: the foreignness means they have every evil intent, not our best interests in mind. But they could as easily use their spies over here, start up a new company in our own land, and call it "non-foreign", so the "foreignness" of the issue, while key to understanding their danger to us, is not the only tool we need to eliminate this type of manipulation. Local manipulator companies can be corrupted and influenced by evil foreigners, too: that is what has happened with the radical anti-USA Google, Facebook, Twitter, and several smaller influencers. Simply passing a law that communications companies must have a lawsuit service address at an office in USA would not fix the problem.
Is the influencing of our children the only problem? What if an adult that has been lied to all their lives pays attention to a massive influence company that lies to them every night, via some communication medium? I can think of several: MSNBC, ABC, CNN, AP, Fox, and CBS do that all the time. They are supposedly called out as printing presses by our bill of rights, and it is likely that not all of them have been completely offshored yet, yet they have undue foreign enemy influence over adults in our own country. Most of them are run by people that were taught by foreign enemies in our own country more than a generation of humans ago, meaning that now they spread their foreign enemy corruption within our country against our own people without foreigners ordering their every move. Sure, they may get general evil foreign adjustments by foreign spies to align their corrupt acts to be in favor of our enemies and against us, but as obedient foot soldiers, several of them carry our addresses, flags, language, and citizenship. But now we're looking at a spektre of the foreign enemy influeence even coming here: they are saying now that foreign illegality and citizenship should not even matter! They say that borders should not exist, yet they insist that those of us who used to be citizens should pay high taxes transfering our wealth to those people illegally here, as if they are not at all equal to us in any way, in the name of equality. The foreign evil corruption is far beyond a single foreign app ruining and killing our children; the foreign evil corrupt is all around us now. We have some of that corruption ourselves, although the good among us fight it every time we identify it, or better, create systems that don't need to identify it to fight it (such as extreme self interest).
So, what do we do to stop what is clearly a foreign evil weapon that has to be stopped? What principles can be legally applied to stop it? I turn to information theory to more precisely look at the situation. I'm specifically talking about my own information theory, but I'm sure others have studied these things as well. Essentially, our DNA, parents, books, and schools are information that get passed down to us, and Darwin and our brains help figure out how to refine that information. Anyone who is excessively sick dies off, and is no longer part of our pool of accepted information. Illnesses such as COVID and influenza are evil types of invasionary information (as well as material) being packetized in their various forms. Humans who are good, healthy, mature, and moral are on the other end of spectrum from illnesses, being good information (as well as material). I won't get into mystical adulations of whether one or the other has a soul or consciousness; I'm sticking to illness as the topic now. There is such a thing as a corrupt ill mind, full of bad information. A concussion can jumble the mental connections, corrupting the mind, giving it random information. Soldiers of a foreign enemy are full of evil information informing them to kill diminish us. TikTok is evil information that kills and diminshes our children. TikTok is a sickness like any invasive disease spreading insect or bacterial infection that we must kill.
I compare TikTok to someone standing on a soap box in front of your house telling your children they ought to take poison and die when you are at work and they are home from school. The first day, you don't even know they were there. Later, when you hear about them, you think this is just some random neighbor following our Bill of Rights! They told your children not to tell you about the content of their message, so your children never tell you they were influencing them to take poison drugs. Their speeches were wrapped in sexy beauty talk about youthfulness, but you never saw any of that since you were at work or watching television to download the latest influence campaign straight from the corrupt evil minds of less than a handful of influencers running those TV networks, as the person was standing on his soap box in front of your house talking to your children. Your children invite this person on the soap box into their rooms in your home and look at what he has to say while laying in their beds, while in school rooms, and while at break at work, or in extreme addiction cases, while they are supposed to be doing something else. You probably don't see any of this happening.
One could say that this is all allowed under our Bill of Rights, and that you gave consent to them being in your home by not locking the door when your children let the soap box person in.
What if it were a machine rather than a person? A machine could use mechanized evil to slaughter millions of our children at the push of a button, influencing them all to that admiration of death drugs. Working in concert with other evil influencers such as the unconstitutional HIPAA that makes it illegal to talk about people's health conditions (a law that is entirely against our Bill of Rights, keeping medical information secret from the people but not secret from mega corporations and government), they hide all of the murders and deaths created by this sickness. Is the personage of the person on the soap box in your child's bed different if it is a machine? Sure, yes, it is, but both are evil. Both must be stopped.
I turn to information theory again: the foreign evil sickness, like any pest or sickness, must be killed. But our bill of rights gives our citizens freedom of spreading information of any type, except that which would attack someone else. The influence wispered into the eyes and ears of our children, and adults, though, is not just a kinetic fist, bow and arrow, or canonball, though; it is wispered ideas that make the afflicted take mental actions that allow them to become poisoned and dead. The sickness spreads into our children and they become sick themselves, a sickness of seeking death that is very often achieved by them failing to stop poisons being injected into them, failing to fight off the attackers when the danger is present, and for the most sick among the children, administering those poisons themselves. Baby Boomer hippies probably know of stories of such things from their youth, spread by the sickest of music, the kind of sound that is meant to be ear damaging and evil, "rock", domestically produced in our very own Hollywood, by the sickest of our people, taught by evil foreigners in our own Universities. TikTok is just a foreign efficency, skipping the annoying step of having to train and manage local evil agents in our own country.
How much of this sickness gains its own rights? How many rights to people have to kill your children? The foreign sickness argues that they ought to have the right to mutilate your children, to take your children from your home and not let you teach them. They argue the government owns your children, not you. Of course they are wrong, but they often have corrupted our own government to give them force of law. They talk of rights. We talk of our bill of rights, and they talk of their rights to murder us. They murder our children kinetically, using punches, chokes, smashing our childrens' heads on the ground, and stabbing them with knives, bullets, and poisons. They do that to our adults. Then their own corrupt judges and district attorneys jail us rather than them when we resist, and encourage and reward their evil soldiers to go attack more of us. "If we can't even stop those people, why should we be worried about our children dying of poison in the meanwhile?" That's sophistry: both need to be stopped. One does not validate the other.
I'm saying our children. This is as bad as saying the government's children, if it is taken to the case of collectivism. Shouldn't Darwin get rid of all these sick people anyway? Shouldn't we just legalize murder, and allow anyone to murder anyone, and just let Darwin take care of it all? But, that's not what's happening; what's happening is that the foreign evil people are only allowing their soldiers to murder; it is not equal murder rights. They are trying to kill us. Nevertheless, when I say our children, your skin should crawl every time, and your mind isolating the individualist message of being allowed to own your own life, property, and future, from the minimal collective legal safeguards that allow us to do so. Wait, I just told you what to do. You can think of this how you want. How are my words any different than a TikTok robot's words that want your children dead, want you dead? Several "children" minded adults suck down corn liquid, pouring sweat from their fat blubber into couches, while shouting at televisions, and switch over to fast poisons because of influence campaigns via television and TikTok. So, when I say children, I am often talking about anyone in reality. Maybe you should go suck corn, watch TV, and switch to poison. Why am I having these collective thoughts about sickness? Shouldn't we just let the influenza and insects and foreign TikTok robots have human rights, our bill of rights? Of course not. But where is the line? Do they automatically get the right to kill us when we label them human in some office someplace in the world?
Would we trust these same foreign evil influencers to make laws about this that are correct? Of course not. More than half our own government is already working for them.
I say information theory. The sick information that comes to our children and infects them to make these deadly decisions are via methods that we could consider allowed speech according to our Bill of Rights. Where do we draw the line? Is killing bad? Killing a Russian soldier attacking a Ukrainian soldier is obviously good. Yet we have people calling themselves our own Republican citizen moral adults arguing against that very thing! Where do we draw the line of what foreign manipulation visual speech is evil? When can we kill the message, kill the speech, kill the person making that speech?
We must find a principle that allows us to stop automated foreign evil campaigns against our own people that does not restrict our own people from discussing our own health matters with each other. We must discuss our own health matters with each other in order to survive. That's the primal essense of our Bill of Rights and why we have it. But we can't be made to discuss our own health with foreign evil agents, or domestic evil agents. That clearly has to stop.
Is it the mechanization that is the problem? A radio wave can penetrate walls, delivering evil sick information delivered via undersea fiber cable from those very foreign evil corrupt sources. When I used the Internet and saw the entire country of "SE" accessible via Internet, I thought this ability to communicate around the world was very nice, but I was a bit suspicious what this "SE" was. Let me go look it up. Sweden. They, and Finland, were some of the first places accessible on the Internet. At the time, it was before 1995, so they were not in EU, and that's probably why they had freedom to connect to the Internet before EU countries. Anyway, this Internet thing is one of the communication mediums of this sick information. Indeed, even COVID itself was spread via genome databases spread via the Internet, reassembled by foreign evil people (funded by a local corrupt evil government person Fauci educated by foreign evil influences -- not TikTok robots, but something far worse with far more evil in its history -- Jesuits, from the Catholic Church. Fauci was a mass murderer of gays influencing and even only allowing the administration of poison drugs (AZT) that he himself had investments in, and then again had investments in gain of function genetic research, once again, based on sick information, genetics, that these days can be read from a piece of biology with machines, digitized, sent over the Internet, and printed as genes and inserted back in biology in foreign soil, which is exactly what happened with COVID. COVID is literal sick information flowing across our Internet. But then it was spread physically back to USA via airlines that were flying while Trump was claiming he "closed the border", yet those very jets flew noisily over my head multiple times per day while our border was "closed" to China, all very much bypassing any Internet, and all without protection from our own Commander in Chief who really did want to stop all this evil from getting to us.
So, is the mechanization of radio waves injected right into our children the problem? Or is it just an accelerant? Either way, should we stop some aspect of it? Should we stop a combination of aspects to it? Do we have a right to control what happens to our children?
Do we deserve to live via our genetic line and what we teach our children if we let our children have cell phones?
Darwin says no.
If all of individualism is at stake then, do we have a right to tell others what to do to their children? Can I stop a parent or drug dealer from killing their own children in front of them? California (collectivist) law, that I think is moral and just, says I can do so, by physically arresting that parent and/or drug dealer in the act of admistering poison drugs or hitting the childrens' head on concrete. My logic says yes. But a Vatican influenced Catholic, enshrined in our Bill of Rights as having rights themselves, also has their own logic, saying they can murder millions of us using Catholic "religious" principles. I could claim I am a Protestant religious person, defending myself against those very Catholics. Actually, I'm the grandchild of protestants, myself not religious, considering mysticism a sickness unto itself.
Yes, when I woke up this morning, I thought this TikTok issue is very simple. Well, it is: we must stop it. By what principle? I am open to others' consideration on this topic.
Postscript: I just noticed I wrote a message on June 3, 2020, almost 4 years ago, discussing "free speech and morals". I wonder what I wrote? Here it is, for those curious: B. I just re-read it. What have I learned since then? That the sickness spread by Chairman Mau had a bedfellow: the Catholic Church, who is anti-USA and pro-NAZI, pro-socialist. I can't say I'm surprised. But it was missing in my knowledge then. I have learned a lot since the Russia war against Ukraine started, to finally understand how things are put together and what is what.
